Returns & Exchanges

As our gowns and the majority of our accessories are meticulously crafted on a bespoke and made-to-measure basis, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items. This reflects the personalised artistry of each creation.

Returns

We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase on this site.

Clients who purchase ready-to-wear pieces and accessories from the site can initiate a return purchased on marcelagiocanti.com within 5 business days of receiving an order by emailing info@marcelagiocanti.com. You have 15 days to return the order. A client specialist will reach out to you within 24 hours of your request to assist in processing your return. Clients are responsible for the cost of shipping of a returned item.  

Styles are indicated if they are eligible for return in the product page under the "Pre-Order" or "Add to Bag" buttons.

Returned merchandise MUST NOT SHOW SIGNS OF WEAR, in the original packaging with all tags attached and in the same condition as when it was delivered. All garments are inspected upon arrival.

The refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 15 business days to process your return. We will reserve the right to refuse a return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements. Refunds will not be processed if items show signs of damage or wear and will be returned to the recipient at their own cost.  

For any lost, stolen, or visibly mishandled packages, please notify us immediately via email at info@marcelagiocanti.com with your order number and any photographic evidence. This will allow us to communicate promptly with the courier and provide any necessary information.

Marcela Giocanti does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that this initial notification is not made in a timely manner.

Orders purchased on sale, Bespoke (custom), all appointment fees and trunk show promotions are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange.

Cancellations

For Atelier or Virtual Appointments, we kindly ask clients to cancel at least 48 hours in advance of an appointment to receive a credit toward the purchase of any item or future consultation fee. This credit cannot be combined with any other promotion or offers. This credit can be used up to 6 months from the date of the original purchase.

Exchanges

At Marcela Giocanti, our primary focus is on the bespoke and made-to-measure nature of our exquisite gowns and many accessories, crafted uniquely for each client. Due to this personalised process, we do not currently offer exchanges on any items.

Should you require a different size or color in a Ready-to-Wear item, we kindly ask that you initiate a return of the original item (if eligible) and proceed with a new purchase for the desired alternative.
