Appointment Terms & Conditions
The MARCELA GIOCANTI Appointment Policy
To ensure every bride receives a dedicated and immersive experience with our Founder & Designer, we kindly ask that you observe the following terms:
YOUR APPOINTMENT | Your 30 minute or 60 minute session is reserved exclusively for you. Because our Designer’s time at each show or bridal appointment is limited, we ask for your commitment to your chosen time slot to ensure the fluidity of our showcase or studio.
ARRIVAL | As these sessions are precisely timed, we recommend arriving at the MARCELA GIOCANTI stand 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to release the time slot to other waiting brides to maintain the event schedule.
CANCELLATION + RESCHEDULING | We understand that your plans may evolve. If you are unable to attend, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice via your confirmation email. This allows us to offer the window to another bride on our waiting list.
GUESTS | To maintain an intimate and focused atmosphere within the space, we recommend bringing no more than one or two trusted guests to your fitting.
PHOTOGRAPHY | We encourage you to capture your favorite MARCELA GIOCANTI moments for your own personal reference. However, to protect the exclusivity of our original designs and our brand's unique signature, we ask that these images are not shared with other bridal brands or stockists. We appreciate your support in keeping our creative work private and personal to your bridal journey.
BOOKING FEES ( if fee is charged) | Your booking fee is a professional retainer for the Designer’s time. While non-refundable, this amount is fully redeemable against the purchase of any MARCELA GIOCANTI gown within 3 months of the show or appointment date.
